45-Minute Treadmill Work-Out

Hello friends!  Hope everyone had an awesome weekend and start to the week!


Egg+egg white scramble with spinach, whole-wheat bagel thin with PB and bananas.  Pumpkin spice coffee on the side.

Today was a FULL day of shopping in Springfield with a friend.  It was so nice to go to a mall and a Hobby Lobby.  Emmie got a super cute shirt on sale at Gymboree with my rewards coupon and some stellar boots from Old Navy.  We also got some supplies for some craft projects that are coming up on the blog!  Stay tuned :)

Since yesterday kind of got away from me, here is my workout:

45-Minute Treadmill Routine
**I saw the treadmill routine somewhere and wrote it down on an index card.  For the life of me I can’t remember where it came from. 

CrossFit WOD:
15 Hand Stand Push-Ups (see here for progression)
50 Pull-Ups (assisted)
50 Push-Ups

Abs: from Oxygen online.  Demo found here.
Weighted crunch 3×15
Dumbbell side bends 3×15 (each side)
Weighted crunch and reach 2×12
Dumbbell pass through 3×12
