The other day Chris and I did a quick Tabata workout. Let me tell you … it was a HARD 25 minutes. We were both drenched in sweat and huffing and puffing. It was so good I thought I KNEW I had to share it with you
This work-out lasts 25 minutes and I easily burned 300 calories. AWESOME workout. If you try it, let me know!
