Thank you so much for your kind words yesterday on my post-baby body progress.  They really made my day and you all made me feel so good!  Thank you for taking the time to not only read my post but leave me some love :)

 

Oh hey hey it’s Wednesday… it’s time for another “What I Ate Wednesday” with Jenn from Peas and Crayons!

 

Here are my eats from Tuesday. They are pretty boring but totally standard in my life haha.

Work Out

I ran 3/4 miles to warm-up before tackling a 45-minute spin class this morning.  I burned 414 calories so it definitely got my heart pumping.  I also did a new 10-minute abs workout that I can’t wait to share with you on Friday!

 

Snack

I finally had the chance to try Attune’s probiotic chocolate bar after hearing great things about it.  When I saw it at our local Kroger I grabbed one to try.  If I am going to take probiotics this is an amazing way to do it.  I tried the milk-chocolate crisp and it was SO good!  I might have to incorporate a few of these into my diet 😉

Dinner

Home-made “Chipotle Bowls”.  I think I finally perfected a marinade that both Chris and I love.  Stay tuned for the recipe on the blog soon :)  I am pretty excited about this one.

And just because …

Chris came home from work yesterday with flowers “just because”.  This was a noteworthy moment in our house.  I can count on one hand how many times Chris has given me flowers so for him to do this is kind of a big deal.  I have a pretty awesome husband 😉

Emmie chowed down on anything we gave her but I didn’t snap pictures this week.  #momfail
