I am always so inspired by Lindsay from The Lean Green Bean and I had started doing “Fitness Fridays” a few months back but fell off the bandwagon. Well here I am getting back on! Now that Best Body Bootcamp is over and therefore so are my weekly recaps where I posted my workouts I need to be able to post my workouts for accountability reasons. Plus, I want to share them with you! I always find so much inspiration and new ideas from other bloggers so if I can inspire one of you this week than I consider writing this blog worth it
So here is what my week looked like …
Overall I am pretty satisfied with my workouts this week. I am getting a good balance in what kinds of workouts I am doing which my body is loving. I KNOW I keep getting stronger! My favorite workout this week? My 10 minute ab burner. I loved it so much I am sharing it with you
I also got a really exciting email today from Crystal from American Apparel! American Apparel is one of my favorite companies because their t-shirts are just so dang comfortable! Crystal emailed to let me know that they just launched an activewear line! How cool is that? Check out the bright colors …

Any-who … I am currently trying to get the upper hand on a sore throat. It started scratching Wednesday night and I have been using Airborne and orange juice ever since. We have a BIG weekend ahead of us and I CANNOT get sick. Plus, if mom goes down, the whole house goes down. Fingers crossed for me?
