Happy Wednesday folks!  Emmie and I survived the plane(s) and are now here in Phoenix for the next two weeks spending time with my family.  We already miss Chris and the pups but I am super excited to see my parents, siblings, and best friends!  Since it’s Wednesday, it’s time for another What I Ate Wednesday with the fabulous Jenn of Peas and Crayons!  I am loving the focus on food, fun, and fitness this month.  :)




WIAW Breakfast


Scrambled egg + Egg Beaters egg whites, nutritional yeast, and salsa.  Rudi’s oragnic whole-wheat with flax English muffin with PB and chia seeds.  Local, organic peach from the farmer’s market.



3 Mile Run With Baby



WIAW Lunch


Turkey sandwich on Rudi’s multigrain bread, with cheese, tomato, avocado, and Applegate Farms nitrite free bacon with peaches and a pickle on the side.


WIAW Snacks


Chobani vanilla yogurt with Aloha Blend Love Crunch granola and a bowl of cherries.  I also had 1/2  PB and J sandwich before bed with a glass of milk.



Emmie Pool


We took the Emster to the pool for the first time.  Heather has a neighborhood pool so Chris and I met her and G over there.  At first Em wasn’t sure how she felt about it but she quickly realized how awesome it is.  Thank goodness since we have a lot of pool days planned for our time in AZ.



WIAW Dinner
