Happy Wednesday folks! Emmie and I survived the plane(s) and are now here in Phoenix for the next two weeks spending time with my family. We already miss Chris and the pups but I am super excited to see my parents, siblings, and best friends! Since it’s Wednesday, it’s time for another What I Ate Wednesday with the fabulous Jenn of Peas and Crayons! I am loving the focus on food, fun, and fitness this month.
Scrambled egg + Egg Beaters egg whites, nutritional yeast, and salsa. Rudi’s oragnic whole-wheat with flax English muffin with PB and chia seeds. Local, organic peach from the farmer’s market.
Turkey sandwich on Rudi’s multigrain bread, with cheese, tomato, avocado, and Applegate Farms nitrite free bacon with peaches and a pickle on the side.
Chobani vanilla yogurt with Aloha Blend Love Crunch granola and a bowl of cherries. I also had 1/2 PB and J sandwich before bed with a glass of milk.
We took the Emster to the pool for the first time. Heather has a neighborhood pool so Chris and I met her and G over there. At first Em wasn’t sure how she felt about it but she quickly realized how awesome it is. Thank goodness since we have a lot of pool days planned for our time in AZ.
