Blackened Fish Tacos

Blackened Fish Tacos

I love seafood.  I try to incorporate it into my meal plan on a weekly basis.  Ever since moving to coastal Georgia my love has grown.  Whenever we go to the beach, I always get grilled fish tacos.  However, my yearning for them lasts throughout the week.  So I decided to attempt making my own.

Blackened Fish Tacos

These blackened fish tacos didn’t disappoint.  It got the seal of approval from Chris, his mom, and the most discernible palate, Emmie.  There was JUST enough kick to them and full of flavor.  Chris was disappointed that there were only two for him.  Next time I know to make more.

  1. They look and sound delicious. Hubs was just saying hes not a fan of fish tacos, well I am gonna have to disagree with him & make them anyways. I’m sure he’ll love them.. and if not, more leftovers for me :)

  2. I’ve actually never had fish tacos before! I see recipes for them on blogs all the time, but I’ve never made them. I guess maybe I’m not a huge taco person, but maybe one day I’ll try them!
