Triple Threat Workout

I am STOKED to have Paige as my guest blogger today.  I have loved her blog for awhile and she makes frequent appearances in my Weekly Top 10!  Her workouts are seriously awesome and she is kindly sharing one today with all of you!

Hey, everyone! I’m Paige and I blog over at Your Trainer Paige. I’m very happy to be able to help Madeline out today while she’s taking care of business with her family. I hope you like what I have in store for ya’ll!

If you couldn’t tell from the name of my blog, I’m a personal trainer, training clients in the gym, in-home, and online. And today, I’m going to take you through a workout I created last week for a couple of clients. They loved it –  and I hope you do, too :)

This workout is designed to be a triple threat – targeting strength, torching calories, and burning the abs. It’s split up into circuits and super sets, and will take about 45 minutes to complete.
