Triple Threat Workout

Hey, everyone! I’m Paige and I blog over at Your Trainer Paige. I’m very happy to be able to help Madeline out today while she’s taking care of business with her family. I hope you like what I have in store for ya’ll!
If you couldn’t tell from the name of my blog, I’m a personal trainer, training clients in the gym, in-home, and online. And today, I’m going to take you through a workout I created last week for a couple of clients. They loved it - and I hope you do, too
This workout is designed to be a triple threat – targeting strength, torching calories, and burning the abs. It’s split up into circuits and super sets, and will take about 45 minutes to complete.
