Happy Wednesday friends! I am super excited to be half-way through the week. My mother-in-law comes tomorrow and I am stoked for Emmalyne to get some quality grandma time in! I want to take a minute and give a HUGE shout-out to my #Elf4Health Paula! Today is her birthday. Yup. A typical breakfast for me. Some eggs scrambled with spinach, fruit, a Rudi’s whole-wheat English muffin half, and a lonely slice of bacon. A hot cup of Dunkin Donuts pumpkin spice coffee on the side.
I made another favorite. A buffalo chicken salad. I used Applegate chicken nuggets for the chicken and shared them with Emmalyne. Tasty.
Em and I ran to the grocery store after the gym and I bought and ate a Larabar there. This is the same kind but photographed at home because I couldn’t wait. A honeycrisp apple in the afternoon. Tons of water.
Umm … confession. Around 5PM I started feeling terrible. I was sick to my stomach. The only thing I want when I don’t feel well is McDonalds fries. So I did. #DontJudge
To make up for the lapse in judgement (but my belly was happy) … a cute picture of Emmie exploring our tree:
Emmie is still doing really well with our tree. She only tried to run away with an ornament once 😉
