I have to say … I have had so much fun reading your tips for staying hydrated! It’s amazing how many of us need to drink out of a straw or have ice in order to drink more water. I have to say I agree with both of those …. When I am at home I use my 1L water bottle from the hospital when I had Em … it has a straw and is always icy cold haha. My favorite thing after a holiday weekend is the extra short work week! WEE! I am stoked that the weekend is ‘almost’ here so we can head to Augusta. Spoiler: I get to see this girl as well as my college roommate. Since it’s Wednesday, it’s time for another What I Ate Wednesday with Jenn from Peas and Crayons. Thanks for hosting lady!
I made Gina’s baked breakfast cookies over the weekend to have on hand during the week. I had my first one yesterday and it is quite tasty! The fresh fruit and iced coffee made it perfection.
Post Workout Snack
GNC Total Lean 25 Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder in water.
Shocker. I picked up Uptown Deli after mommy and me yoga. I admit it. I have a problem. Haha. This week I asked for a pickle on the side and had some baked sour cream and cheddar Ruffles on the side.
Still rocking the homemade trail mix. Seriously. Having this stuff on hand makes for a healthy and fast snack in the afternoon.
I made Kelly’s herb crusted pork chops for dinner and they were bomb. If you’re looking for a quick dinner to put together this is one. I roasted up carrots, potatoes, and broccoli on the side.
Some raw cookie dough may or may not have been my dessert. Ok, it was. I’m so not sorry.
