Happy Wednesday friends! The last two days have been a blur and here we are on Hump Day! We have an FRG Family Fun Day for Chris’ unit today so Em and I are about to load up and head out to help set up. Since it’s Wednesday, it’s time for another What I Ate Wednesday with Jenn of Peas and Crayons greatness
Oatmeal made a comeback this week! I made mine with oats, GNC Peanut Butter Chocolate protein powder, flax, chia seeds, and water then topped with peanut butter and some chocolate chips. Fresh fruit and iced coffee on the side
Another EVOL chicken and rice burrito with fresh guac and salsa on the side. Em and I were late getting home from the grocery store and I HAD to eat right then or the Jellybean would get angry. Perfect and delicious in a pinch!
A fresh Georgia peach and a Larabar made it into photographs. I also had some Ruffles and ate some carrots while I was prepping our fruits and veggies for the week.
Chris had a command team dinner last night so Em and I just ate random things in the fridge. Nothing exciting and I honestly don’t even remember what it was. Obviously if left an impression
