For Two Fitness® Review

I have been in maternity clothes (mainly bottoms) for awhile this pregnancy.  Probably since 14-ish weeks to be honest.  Jellybean is sitting pretty low in my pelvis and my normal bottoms were tight and uncomfortable so I made the switch and haven’t looked back.  Now that I am getting halfway through the second trimester my workout clothes are getting a little tight around the middle too.  Luckily, I have a plan for that.


When I was pregnant with Emmalyne I ran into the same problem and started Googling maternity athletic wear. Much to my dismay, not a lot was available.  However, I did somehow stumble upon For Two Fitness® Apparel and was sold.  My mom generously gifted me with a “Sweating for Two” thank that I wore throughout my entire pregnancy and LOVED it.

First off, I already knew I was going to love the tank because I have worn my “Sweating for Two” one so often.  The material on the top wicks sweat well and has ruched sides making for a flattering fit throughout your entire pregnancy.  I also love the maternity capri.  The waist band can either be folded down and left up as a belly panel.    I’ve worn them to yoga several times now with no slippage and full coverage.

Not a bad obsession to have 😉  I have been asked a few times by other moms how the material stretches out and goes back down further along into your pregnancy and on to the next.  I wore my “Sweating for Two” tank until the bitter end with Emmalyne and then leant it to a friend for her pregnancy.  The shirt stretched out just fine and was still flattering on me this pregnancy.  These tanks are an awesome investment since they are not only functional for fitness, they are fashionable to boot.

  1. Super cute! I would love to have worn those during my pregnancy, but I would have felt like a fraud since I didn’t really exercise much at all. LOL – and baby A is sitting incredibly low as well. Today when I had my non stress test done, her heartbeat was found all the way below my left hip bone. How does that even happen!?!??

  2. I totally found that brand when I was pregnant too but I never ended up getting a top and SO regret that decision. The stuff looks amazing and I just love the little footprints on it! Definitely not letting that happen next time when I get pregnant….3438573 years from now! haha

  3. While in the time of pregnancy, people have to take more care about her health and baby health also. There are some special techniques are in yoga, those are very helpful for baby growth and delivery.

  4. Fitness is very necessary in this stage because the fitness of the baby always depended on fitness of mother more you exercise more you will be fit, but never skip the meal and eat only nutritious food and fruit which gives you vitamins, minerals and protein.
