WIAW

Guess what guys?!  It’s one week until Christmas!  I am getting super excited to celebrate this year since Emmalyne is much more aware than last year.  She is constantly pointing out Santa everywhere and loves wrapping paper.  I can already see the Christmas morning mess :)

 

Since it’s Wednesday, I am linking up once again with Jenn of Peas and Crayons for another edition of “What I Ate Wednesday“.  So far I have been doing somewhat decent with my eats while having a toddler and a newborn around.

 



BREAKFAST

I made a big batch of apple cinnamon baked oatmeal over the weekend for me to eat on.  I love that it’s ready to go in the  morning and the oatmeal helps keep my milk supply up.

 

LUNCH

I had leftover pasta primavera for lunch since it needed to get eaten.  Again, reheating is a beautiful thing :)

 

WORKOUT

Chris is on half-days at work so he was home shortly after lunch.  I took advantage of it and heading outside for a 3 mile run.  Somehow I managed to pull off a sub-30 minute time!  It felt a lot easier running outside than it did on the treadmill.

 

DINNER

For dinner we made baked salmon and roasted veggies.  Not going to lie – the salmon got overcooked and was not the best in the world.  The veggies however were awesome.

 

Not pictured are my snacks throughout the day.  I honestly barely remember to snap photos of my meals right now 😉 I blame mild sleep deprivation.  Have a great day friends and don’t forget to link up!
