  3. Maddy,

I just ran across your site and fell in love with your style, heart and fitness advice, not to mention your adorable daughter who seems to be my son’s age! I’m from savannah, my heart, and now living in LA and have been over the last 8 years, coming here to share my dream in the fitness world! Please peruse my site and let’s TALK! I know there are some things I can help you with, especially in Savannah and I already see a few things in which you can help me.
I’m running 30 day monthly fitness challenges right now and have 2 groups coast to coast getting in the best shape of their lives. Haven’t posted about that quite yet, as I am keeping it under the radar to start. Would love to have you on board that as it is perfect for your lifestyle and will keep you ACCOUNTABLE. Nothing slides with me.
    Please contact me!

    My best to you,

  4. Hi Madeline,
I found your blog via Blonde Ponytail, Jess. She listed you as currently studying for your ACE Personal Trainer Exam.
I just took and passed my ACE Exam last Friday. Even after studying for almost a full year to take it, I was still nervous because all the FB posts I ran across were from people who stated the exam was designed to fail and that less than 75% of the testers pass the first time.
If you go into it confident in all the material you’ve studied and used the ACE FB link for candidates preparing for the exam as well as followed their blogs (especially the one regarding the nature of Multiple Choice tests) you will do just fine. Take the time to read all your questions carefully and thoroughly and apply what you’ve learned.
In between the hectic life of motherhood to 3 kids and holding a part-time job along with school volunteer duties, finding the time to study was a challenge, but not impossible.
You’re going to do great!!!It’s a fantastic decision and goal you’ve set for yourself. :)

  5. Hi Madeline!
I just tried to send an email to your gmail address listed above and it bounced back undeliverable. I was writing to see if you would be interested in a review/giveaway of on of our maternity gradient compression styles. Please email me directly at preggers@therafirm.com if you are interested! Thanks,
    Crystal

  6. Hi Madeline,

Your blog was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I decided to follow you. I have a 5 month old little girl and am set to start PA school in August. Needless to say I am having so many reservations about going to school full time and leaving my little girl. I am so worried about being able to breast feed and am afraid I will miss seeing my bay grow up. I need your help. Please tell me how you do it? I am dreading starting school and I think about throwing in the towel every day. I know I wont be successful if I feel this way.

  8. I am on the 21 Day Fix plan. I see you have a Crock Pot Lasagna recipe. Is this a 21 day fix approved recipe? Also if it is could you please tell me the serving size and the 21 day fix containers that is will cover? Thank you

  9. Hi Madeline,
Wow what a fun blog you have. From the comments, it’s clear that your audience resonates with your personality. I was curious, are you still in PA school? If so, which school?

I saw that you are open to product reviews. Have you heard of HIPPO Education? We are heavily invested and committed to the PA profession. Our PANCE/PANRE review course was chosen by the AAPA to be their exclusive partners.

Let me know if you’re interested in getting access to our review course. I’d love your feedback. If you haven’t taken your PANCE yet, we have a Student Ambassador program that might be of interest to you as well. If you’re a PA-C, then I’d love your feedback on our PANRE course.

Thanks and I look forward to connecting with you soon.

    Regards,
    Joe
